Can I Make Money Online Fast?

Expert Author Deb Burns
Why do you want to make money online? Are you in dire straights and need cash urgently; is it to make some extra money to supplement your income, or are you in it for the long haul and do you want to create a business?
If you need to make some money fast and you have no established internet presence there are probably faster, easier and more reliable ways to make money than the Internet.
Don't be fooled by the "just look over my shoulder and do what I do," products that seem to be everywhere at the moment. It's a very nice dream but would you consider building a house that way? How about major repairs to your car? It basically cannot be done under normal circumstances. Trust me, you will end up hopping from one product to the next shelling out money and feeling like a failure when it is really the idea that is flawed not you.
Making money online is much more about you than any product, idea or mentor. What do you bring to the table? What skills, interests, talents or knowledge do you have that you could use to make you money online? The Internet doesn't exist in a vacuum. Quite the contrary - the Internet is a very complex web and if you want to make money in it you need to find places where you can fit.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? Do you know your way around the Internet pretty well? Can you write? How is your English? Can you sell? Are you cute? Do you have a major interest that you could leverage; for example World of Warcraft, golf or cycling? How much time do you have to devote to it? How much money do you have to invest in it?
The answers you come up with should help you see a direction you should take and some places to start; for example if you're great with video You Tube would be a good place to start, if you love golf you could promote some golfing products.
Warning: To make good solid long-term income online you need most, if not all the following skills:-
-building and maintaining blogs or websites;
-search engine optimisation;
-quality content writing;
-copywriting;
-social media marketing;
-video creation;
-list creation and management;
-time management.
Now, how fast is fast for you - by half-past-six this evening, a few days, a month, maybe six months? Unless you already have a number of the skills you'll need under your belt and a bucket load of spare time your road to success is going to occur over several months rather than hours, days or even weeks.
You can pick up these skills gradually over time from a variety of places. If you want to speed up the process you can subscribe to a membership site that specialises in teaching you all the skills you'll need in one place and creates a community around you for support and networking.

Things to Consider When You Are Choosing a Domain Name and Web Hosting Provider by Reid John

Registering a domain name and having affordable web hosting is essential to the success of your online website. There a lot of things that you need to consider when you are choosing a domain registrar and a web host. Below, you will find a list of the most important things to take into account, so that you can choose a web host that offers everything that you need.Affordable Domain Registration Reliable Website Hosting Services
When you are looking for Domain registration and the most reliable website hosting service, you need to take their affordability into account. Prices are essential to knowing that you are with a good company. Your domain registration should cost no more than $15 a year. The company that you're going with should not try to charge more money than $15 year, they're probably not a good provider if they do. Additionally, if they have no hosting packages for under $10 a month, they're probably not a good provider as well. Every web host should be able to offer you some type of package for less than $10 a month. Most websites do not use much disk space or bandwidth at all, so it is not fair for the company to charge you excessive rates when you're not really using up much of the server.Find out whether your web host uses the cPanel control panel
While cPanel is not the only good control panel out there, it is the best one. That uses cPanel as their web hosting software is a web host that will provide very reliable services. This control panel is renowned for its accomplishments in the industry and it makes managing your website very easy. It provides easy access to adding domain names, managing your databases, managing your e-mails and much more. It also provides a one click script install solution so that you can easily install WordPress, Joomla! and lots of other software titles. When you are choosing a web host, if that uses the cPanel control panel, this is a very positive thing.Make sure that you are provided enough disk space
Essentially, disk space is the amount of space that your website consumes on the server. For instance, if your website is very large and you have a lot of images, files or videos that you are storing, you need more disk space. A good amount of disk space would be about 10 gigabytes. This would provide you with enough room to store a lot of images and possibly even some videos. If your web host is skimping you on disk space, you will have a hard time adding files to your website in doing so comfortably, without having to worry about the space provided.Make sure that you are provided enough bandwidth
Bandwidth is consumed on the website whenever visitors come to your page. If your website has a lot of traffic, then you are going to need more bandwidth. Talk with your hosting provider and try to work out a plan where you are given enough bandwidth so that you can have lots of people come to your website.

Autoresponders - Why You Should Use One

OK so you've chosen a domain name, bought some hosting and your site is live and starting to get seen by the search engines, visitors are browsing it and bit by bit content is being added and the level of interest in your field is growing. You need a way to stay in touch with your audience and let them know you're going to help them as much as you can.
How do you do this?
With an autoresponder service like Aweber which enables marketing by email.
This has got to be one of the best tools at your disposal to do just that. If you're wondering what is an autoresponder, or are unfamiliar with how they work, read on. At some point you may have landed on a webpage then a few seconds later a separate window (often referred to as a squeeze page) appears offering a free report or newsletter, just enter your name and email address and we'll send you XYZ special report completely free.
Sound familiar?
The webmaster behind this is aiming to get you to subscribe to his or her weekly newsletter by offering something free as an incentive for you to join. It makes no difference what the subject is about; it can be anything from health and fitness to cooking or martial arts to fishing. If you have a wealth of knowledge on something, by using an autoresponder you can deliver your messages in a timely manner, daily, every other day, weekly and so on to keep your audience informed and up to date on what you're all about.
By utilizing a follow up service this way, you are building trust in the mind of your prospect with a view to them becoming a much bigger part of your mission, providing you treat them as you like to be treated yourself, respectfully.
What can you expect to see happen when you make full use of such a service?
At first glance subscribers, but over time some of those subscribers could turn out to be very devoted people to your cause, even leading to some new business contacts which in turn may develop into a new concept which proves to be fruitful for all involved. You never know what's around the corner.
A big part of making this work in your favour is in getting to know your audience and asking them what they want, their opinions, feedback and suggestions. Once armed with this new information you can continually strive to improve your efforts in helping them with their needs which makes for a win win situation.
Why not get started with an autoresponder service such as aweber which has all the built in tools ready for you to put to use and let everyone know what you're up to and start getting subscribers.

29 Ways to Get Leads to Your Website

Websites are awesome for giving you a virtual presence, for allowing you to communicate with prospective and existing customers and let them "get to know you". They can be a place to field questions to save you time from repeating the same things to each person you meet. They can also be a place of resource for your customer, helping them find additional information on their topic. You can connect with your customer, perhaps through videos, articles or message boards, and keep them coming back for more.
Driving traffic to your website is a critical component of getting customers... and you can drive traffic in many ways. You don't need to think you need to stick to the online world. Depending on your target market, it might actually be much more effective to drive traffic from offline methods. Why would you limit yourself?
With all of the junk email and ads everywhere on the Internet, you're competing in a saturated area. If you start marketing your website offline, you're going in a direction that is less common. Standing out to grab attention is a lot easier when there are less competitors. Plus, your target market may be much more receptive to offline, more traditional means. Just because the Internet is popular doesn't mean its most effective.
Here are 29 Ways to Drive Leads:
Business cards
Postcard mailers
Brochures/Flyers
Talking to friends and family
Knocking on doors, talking to strangers
Personal, written letters
Referrals
Live event networking
Emails
YouTube videos
Press Releases
Social Media
Webinars
Newspaper ads
Magazine or periodical ads
Radio annoucements
TV ads
Billboard signs
Posters
Affiliate email lists and referrals
Clickbank (if you have an info product)
eBay (if you have a product)
Amazon.com (if you have a product)
Links and promotions from other websites
Having friends talk about you
Sponsoring events
Classified ads
Speaking onstage at events
Cold calling
Can you think of more? Some of the methods here may not apply, depending on your target customer. But there may be things in this list that you haven't tried yet. Trying new ways of getting your customers' attention--and tracking everything you do--can provide valuable insight. Why not pull out all the stops and try as many routes as possible? With every action you take and method you try, you learn more about your customers and what actually works. It becomes less of a guessing game.

Serious Traffic For Free - 3 Things You Can Do

Expert Author Celestin Kanga
There are a lot of different things that you can do online to get serious amounts of traffic for free. Even though there are a lot of opinions on the matter, there seems to be some very particular opinions that seem to be working for major players on the net today. If you're going to get serious about online marketing, affiliate work, or just want a big readership to your writing, you'll find that the following will prove to be quite great. Even if you subscribe to a traffic booster, you'll find the following tips will generate serious numbers.
The first thing that you need to know is that there is no need to pay for a lot of services to get serious attention on the web. Sure, you could spend money on CPM or CPC campaigns, but you'll end up going broke before you see any major traffic. In order to change that up, you'll need to invest in 3 strategies.
Strategy number one is going to be odd for some to move forward with, but it will pay off in the long term. Take to the web and find a directory of websites that are about your niche, specifically blogs. Once you've established a long list of websites that are in your particular topic, proceed to visit them all and drop comments in their comment section. Do this across every blog you can find, and make sure the comments are not just random and vapid. If you drop 1,000 comments a week, over time you will have hundreds of links pointed back to your website. From that point, you will have curious webmasters, visitors to other pages, and much more going to your site. Imagine if you left 100,000 comments, and each comment derived 1 visitor per day, you'd see an explosion of traffic that will be free and clear.
The second strategy is one that many people are trying to employ as this article is being written, and that's SEO. SEO stands for search engine optimization and it's easily defined as a coding structure that attracts the major search engines around the web to point towards your page. When done properly, you will receive a flood of heavily targeted traffic that will convert for you into sales, subscriptions and more. Doing this the right way can be tricky, but it is currently one of the biggest ways to generate traffic online.
The third way to generate serious traffic is to promote your website through online videos. Everyone has an opinion and is an expert on a variety of topics. Whether you put the camera in front of you or you create other small clips, you will generate serious traffic by simply adding videos to the online video websites that are alive and well today. The top 5 trafficked websites today are social media and video based, so you can rest assured there is a wide audience to reach with your videos, and each one can easily visit your webpage.
Traffic is a numbers game, and casting a wide net is important, but it's when you apply the above 3 strategies that you get very targeted traffic in droves, and for the online marketer, that means serious

Finding a Short, Easy to Remember Domain Name - It's Possible!

I'm sure many of you have logged onto your favorite domain registrar and searched without success trying to find a domain. You may have come to the conclusion that every single domain must have been registered.
Cyber-squatters have made it a complete nightmare to find suitable domains, even the complete abstract domains with random syllables are disappearing like hot cakes! These guys have no intention on creating a relevant website but hope to make a large profit when they resell the domain to the highest bidder. They also generate revenue from these domains with pages filled with advertising links and I'm sure you've all seen them when you have mistyped your favourite websites URL.
Back to the point, finding a domain name can be tough but not impossible! There are many tools online which can make your life much easier.
When you can't find the domain you are looking for generally have two options
  • Expired domains
  • Premium domains

Expired domains as you may have guessed have not been renewed and are available again for registration. One mans junk is another mans treasure! My favourite place to look for expired domains is at DomainHole.com. Click on the expired search link in the navigation, choose a short keyword and the maximum length of the domain if you wish and there you go! DomainHole will display a list of domains that have expired and which extensions are available. The only downside is that there is no option to exclude offensive words (DomainHole please take note), so be warned!
If you don't have any luck with expired domains, my new favorite domain name search is DomainsBot.com. They don't list expired domains but domains that are available or for purchase at a premium price. Don't run for the hills at the word premium, they really don't have to cost an arm and a leg. The sky's the limit when it comes to the pricing of some domains. Generic one worded domains can fetch tens of thousands of dollars but there are plenty that range from well below $100. When it comes to finding the perfect domain, paying a little upfront is worth it. Note, that this is a once off fee and you will be charged your normal domain registrars rate when it comes to renewal.
What I love about Domain Bot is that it lists so many relevant variations with the keywords you have selected. It's the perfect brainstorming tool if you don't know where to start. Just type in the keyword or if you want something a little more abstract, type in a bunch of syllables you would like to use in your domain. There a host of filters on the left hand side such as sorting by price and excluding hyphens & numbers all of which make it super easy to narrow down the results.
What to do when you've found that perfect domain?
  • If it's available, great! You can go to your favorite domain registrar and register your domain name immediately. Presto, you are done!
  • If "make an offer" is displayed, you can easily do so. Generally the owners of these domains are expecting a higher price. Making an offer is usually done through Sedo and will require you to sign-up and verify who you are to make sure the offer is valid. It can be a little involved but this sign-up is only required once.
  • Lastly if a premium price is listed you can purchase the domain immediately, usually through either GoDaddy or Sedo. Don't worry you can transfer the domain to your registrar at a later stage.

Before you purchase that premium domain!
Before you whip out your credit card you can try contact the owner of the domain directly to try negotiate a better price.
You can do this by going to: http://www.whois.com/whois/yourdomainhere.com
This will list the contact details. I've managed to save a third of the price for a domain I was interested in, so it's definitely worth it. You know what they asking so you can go in lower. Shifty maybe, but I say it's just being thrifty!
Good luck and happy domain hunting!

Is It Worth Your Money To Purchase Traffic For Your Website

Expert Author Shawn R Brown
Something you might or might not be aware of is the fact that obtaining traffic to your internet site is one of the hardest things that any Online Marketer will need to face. When it comes to producing this traffic I should point out that there are quite a few ways that folks can go about getting it. Just about the most popular techniques for getting the traffic men and women are making an effort to get is through the search engines like google by utilizing proper search engine optimization. There are programs on the net today which will allow men and women to actually purchase website traffic. Needless to say when you choose to purchase traffic there are some things you are going to have to know so you don't waste your cash.
Loads of web sites that wind up selling web site traffic to individuals will not wind up providing these individuals with the quality traffic they need in order to produce cash. In fact you're going to see that some of the so called website traffic suppliers use various kinds of automated software or bots to create hits for your site. So while you are sitting back and watching your hit counter roll away as you think you are getting traffic, the fact of the matter is it is nothing more than a computer created visit. This also means that the money you spent on this traffic was a total waste mainly because not one real person came to your site.
As a result of the fact that many individuals are buying traffic these days, more and more of these dishonest organizations are popping up all over the place selling useless traffic. And you're going to have to try and avoid these kinds of scams no matter what, and there are some suggestions below which will help.
In relation to spotting a scam site, one of the primary indicators you are going to find is the actual website itself. Individuals wind up throwing these sites up left and right to be able to try and scam people out of cash, so if this site looks poorly created or just very cheesy you may want to stay away from it. You may end up coming across to an internet site selling traffic that looks very professional with a good design, at which point you ought to go through and see if there are any spelling or grammar mistakes made on the website. You ought to never find mistakes like this on a web site that is being run by a professional company, often made by an individual person sitting within their basement setting up these sites.
You're in addition going to want to see if they have their contact information somewhere on the web site. Web sites that do not have a contact page or any method to get in touch with them are probably just looking to scam you out of money. Some of these scam sites will have a page that offers contact information, in which case I would highly recommend that you contact these individuals to see exactly how long it takes for them to return to you. If it ends up taking longer than one day, you may possibly see that this is an additional site run by one particular person and it might be another scam.
If you talk to any successful Internet Marketer they're going to usually tell you that purchasing hits for your internet site is usually an entire waste of time and money. If you're looking to spend cash on purchasing traffic for your internet site I would suggest using a reputable program such as Google Adwords. Although you may wind up investing more money per visitor by using a pay per click program, at least you will know you are getting good quality traffic to your web page.

Increase Your Twitter Following Through Frequent Interaction With Other Users

Expert Author Matt Hayden
Twitter is an excellent tool for anyone seeking to promote a product or service online. But many people who are new to the site do little more than follow other users in the hope that they follow back, then post links to whatever it is they're trying to promote. If you do this you won't get much out of Twitter, and you may even get your account suspended. It's much better if you interact and communicate with other users as much as possible.
This is a lot more fun and it will raise your profile considerably, thereby increasing your following naturally. Also, these followers will tend to be more interested in what you are promoting.
The two main ways to interact with other "tweeps" are by replying to and retweeting their tweets. They will definitely notice you if you do this since tweeps are forever looking at their interactions. They may well follow you as a result, particularly if you have already followed them.
The more active you are on the site, the higher you and your tweets will rank in Twitter searches for the keywords you focus on. Consequently you will get found by more and more people looking to follow others.
Interacting with other Twitter users can be a little awkward at first. You have to find tweets that you really want to respond to, and get used to the fact that you've got only those 140 characters in which to reply. One way is to search Twitter for a keyword you are interested in. Lots of tweeps will be posting links to articles about it. Find one you like, then simply thank the user who shared it, including your thoughts in the reply.
Every now and then you'll get a response. Sometimes it's just a thank-you back, but it might be another comment or a question you can respond to further. The more such interchanges happen, the better. Not only are you making connections, you're also increasing your presence on the site and leaving more tweets to be found by others.
Sometimes you can find yourself on a roll with these interactions. But you can hit a wall pretty easily too -- particularly if you do a keyword search and the results are all very similar.
You might be a blogger, for example. If you search for "blogging" you tend to see countless tweets about how to improve your blog, get more traffic, attract more comments and so on. There's only so much you can say in response to these.
That's why it's important to get really specific. Instead of just typing in that word on its own, try adding some other keywords such as "news" or "latest." You might find that there's been some big new development that you hadn't heard of. With tweets containing new and specific information, you'll be more likely to want to reply to them.
You should also remember that Twitter is immediate. So if many members are searching for a particular subject, issue, or news story at the same time and you tweet about it, you're likely to get a much bigger response. This is why you should keep an eye on trending topics. If one or more of them appeals to you, tweet about it.
Being aware of what's happening on TV is recommended, too. Some shows have huge Twitter followings, often with their own hash tags. Thousands of people watch with their iPhones, iPads and laptops at the ready, tweeting like crazy about every little aspect of them. Write something memorable about one of these shows at the right time and you can find yourself with a torrent of reactions.

Top 8 Compliance Tips for Social Media Websites

Expert Author William Roebuck
Social media is fast becoming a main stream business tool for raising corporate profile, exchanging ideas, sourcing talent, collaboration and finding new customers. But what are the legal and regulatory pitfalls you need to avoid, and what business ethics should you put in place to stay out of trouble?
1. Use common sense
Horace, the Roman lyric poet and satirist (65-8 BC) once said "You can destroy what you haven't published; once out the word can never be recalled" ("Delere licebit quod non edideris; nescit vox missa reverti").
Before publishing anything online review what you've written. Unfortunately we've become 'sloppy' in how we write many of our business communications today, a trend which started with the use of email. There are countless cases of customers being ridiculed and colleagues insulted through the misuse of that little 'send' button. You might have regrets seconds after sending that message on Twitter but once it's in the digital ether that's it!
2. Same rules apply
Social networks, blogs, and Twitter may be new but old laws and regulations still apply. You can't libel, send out personal information without consent, pass on company secrets, breach copyright or do anything that even considers breaking criminal and anti-terrorism laws. Even 'do-gooders' can become unstuck especially if they pass on child pornography they find on their computer to a manager for investigation!
3. Keep customer confidences
"Careless talk costs lives" went the old wartime slogan. In the same vein that no-one wants an accountant who dumps his client files into a skip after use, so customers won't do business with a company whose employees don't respect confidentiality. Take, for example the case of Kristine Ann Peshek, the former Illinois assistant public defence lawyer whose law license was suspended for 60 days because of her blog postings that authorities proved exposed client confidences.
Don't blog about your customers - it's just wrong!
4. Avoid anti-trust practices
Think about who you are talking to and collaborating with in those LinkedIn groups and other professional networking forums. You might find yourself on the wrong side of competition laws if you form any agreements which fix markets or are anti-competitive.
If you are running an online forum, use cautionary language and disclaimers. Collaborative forums should be managed in a similar way to those of a professional or business association.
5. Don't oversell
If there's once thing that annoys me about a social networking group it's the member who constantly bombards others with spam about their products or services. Just don't do it - spam is illegal anyway, and if you're as bloody minded as me you won't make any purchasing decisions based upon a product being thrust constantly in your face.
This doesn't mean that you can't solicit business, although ethical rules do prohibit some professional services from soliciting potential clients for pecuniary gain. Merely engaging with the public in an online forum of any kind is not solicitation. If you are going to approach someone directly, make your email relevant - a direct marketing communication rather than spam.
6. Don't provide formal advice
As a business professional, you need to be careful that you don't give anyone the benefit of your advice upon which he then acts and consequently finds himself in trouble. You may end up being sued and be in breach of your industry's own professional rules.
For example, a lawyer will refrain from giving fact-specific advice online - and to include disclaimers in any answers they provide to consumer questions. There is a big difference between educating about law and advising about law.
You can always speak in general terms and make it clear that any advice has to be tailored to an individual's specific circumstances following further diligence.
7. Don't make false statements or misrepresentations
The online world is a major challenge to trust and confidence. You don't know who people are, where they are, or the quality of their products and services. Building trust is a key priorityfor organisations and policy makers are working hard to provide frameworks to help facilitate customer confidence.
You could be in breach of both advertising and consumer protection laws if you misrepresent yourself, your services or your capabilities. Social media offers a powerful form of marketing, especially for young and less-experienced business professionals.
In the enthusiasm to build a business, you should be cautious not to overstate your capabilities and experience. If someone has a bad experience with you it will soon get round.
8. Be competent in social media technology
You don't need to be a technology nerd to understand the application of technology on your business. Get some training on what social media technologies are out there and the risks involved in using them. Remember that governance is managed top-down throughout your organisation, compliance bottom up. Top managers, senior executives and information workers all need to understand the role social media plays across the organisation, the dangers and pitfalls involved, and the ways in which you can mitigate risk.
At E RADAR, we can help you with your organisation's social media compliance training.
Why not contact us with your organisation's training requirements and search our online resources for further help and guidance on IT governance, compliance and risk

Social Marketing Traffic Strategies By Randall A Magwood

Expert Author Randall A Magwood
Do you know how to get traffic to your website? If not, then you should know that it's quite easy. You will hear in the internet marketing circles that getting traffic is hard, free marketing techniques don't work, and that succeeding in your own online business isn't worth it. Don't believe these ideas... the fact of the matter is that there are a ton of website traffic techniques that can boost your sales and profits.
You don't have to struggle with traffic generation. Stick with a few key strategies, and you will be on your way to success. One thing that you will want to do is to come up with a marketing plan to do each week. Focus on the top 5 traffic strategies for your online business, and make sure they are something that you can do each and every week.
Don't let website traffic be a "road block" for you. There are many ways to get traffic to your website, and these techniques are very easy for you to do. In fact, I want to share with you some of the techniques that you can be using to get more traffic, and increase your sales simply and easily. In fact, here's the first traffic strategy that you could be using:
1) Social bookmarking
Social bookmarking is a great way to get a lot of traffic to your site. For every piece of content that you create, you will want to put backlinks behind it, and also see if it can reach the front page of the social bookmarking sites. If you can get your news story (or article or content) on the front page, you can expect to get a heavy influx of new prospects to your website.
Now even though this is enticing, you should know that all that traffic isn't necessarily profitable. I know of a guy who got 200,000 visits to his website in one day from social bookmarking... and it resulted into ZERO sales for him. So if I were you, I would create a squeeze page and collect the email address, and see if you can convert these prospects into new customers for you. Here's another great way to get traffic to your website:
2) Docstoc
Docstoc is a social marketing site. Its Alexa ranking is really good, and it's a great way to get traffic from your content, and it also allows you to collaborate with others in your niche who are on this site. Docstoc is very easy. It has a newbie interface, and is very easy to use.
If you make a lot of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, or create a lot of Adobe Acrobat free reports... you will want to submit these pieces of content to this website. It's an excellent way to get more exposure for your information, and of course... you can get a lot of traffic from it.
These 2 social marketing traffic strategies are things that you can use to boost your traffic, sales, and customers for your website. Even if you are new to internet marketing (and social marketing), you can still use these services, and start bringing in new business right away. Be sure to implement these techniques in your business today.

Factors to Consider When Selecting an Affiliate Program

If you have a good and well known blog space then affiliate programs are one of the simplest and easiest ways to earn money from home. Affiliate programs offer you an entirely different method of generating income than the conventional advertising techniques. So this home based business requires a different approach to maximise your income through them. But selecting the apt affiliate program for your blog is the main criteria for succeeding in this business. There are various benefits and disadvantages associated with various affiliate programs. You do not require any sort of investment for signing up for affiliate programs but generating money from programs can happen only when you get the visitors of your site to buy the advertised products or services. So you earn a sizeable income through affiliate marketing only by choosing the appropriate program.
Now how do you select the affiliate program that is perfect for your blog?
Following are some tips which would help you in this process.
  1. Choosing relevant products: This is the first step in choosing an affiliate program for your blog. You should always evaluate whether the product advertised is relevant to the subject matter and content of your blog. This fact is well understood by analysing the huge success of Google AdSense. Most visitors tend to click on the advertised link only if the product is relevant to the topic discussed in the site they are visiting. Before choosing an affiliate program analyse what is the content of your site and what is the typical types of visitors who visit your blog and also what sort of services or products they would be interested in. The answers for the above will lead you to the appropriate program. For example if your blog talks about Interior decoration then the visitors might be interested in products like Furniture, Lighting Fixtures, Carpets, Window hangings etc.

  2. Assess the program: There are some genuine programs by marketers who try to increase their sales and brand visibility through affiliate marketing. But there are an equal number of spam and bogus programs too. So one should be careful in selecting the programs. This is not only important because of the monetary aspect but also on the point of view of your reputation. You do not want your website to link to a nasty site. This would have a very detrimental effect on your ranking and image. So run a check on the affiliate programs and see whether they ate genuine.

  3. Location: Choose products or services that might be relevant to the locality your visitors are mostly based at. If your website has more visitors from a particular geography then it is useless carrying link to a program which does not contain relevant products for the customers of that geography. For instance if your blog is about property market  in Thailand then there would be no use in choosing an affiliate program which links to a site advertising about Carpet cleaning in Australia. Your visitors are not going to be interested in that product and when they do not click on the link then you do not get paid.

It will save a lot of effort, time and money if you could analyse the above mentioned factors beforehand whether the affiliate program you choose is relevant and suits your blog. As always I hope this information is helpful to your success in some small way.

Making Money From Affiliate Marketing

Making Money From Affiliate Marketing

You will find hundreds of articles on this site and on other sites about affiliate marketing. There is a good reason for this and that is because there are a lot of people making money from affiliate marketing. Some are not only making money but are making heaps of money. We are talking big incomes here. Those dream lifestyle incomes that you come across now and then. You see some guy driving around in a flash car all the time but he never seems to go to work. He is probably sitting home in front of his computer for an hour or so each day affiliate marketing and making a fortune doing it.
Now, of course we all want to get in on it and make a fortune too. How are we going to do it and can it be done by any body. So get ready for the ride of your life as you learn to do it too. That is the keyword here. You first have to learn the basics. Once you have mastered the basics and put up a campaign and made your first dollar in commission then you can just ramp up your methods and expand your system to as big as you want and to make as much money as you want.
The first thing we have to do is find a good course or instruction on the basics. Read all these articles first and get an overview of all the different methods and products that are available. Choose between real products and digital products. It really doesn't matter when you are affiliate marketing because you don't have to touch the product. There is no shipping to do. You are selling some one elses products and they will pay you well to do so.
Some people are happy to set up an affiliate account with some one like Amazon and they will help you all the way. They have affiliate systems set up for you to use and there is enough products for you to sell in every price range. Amazon pay out heaps to their affiliates because they know that the affiliate increases their turnover. You may be more comfortable selling digital products from somewhere like Clickbank. There you can get commissions up to 70% and even more in some cases. So it is just a matter of deciding what you want to sell and then working out the best way to sell it.
Some will choose a blog as a sales platform and others a website while others will use Pay Per Click systems and others landing pages. I have sold stuff from Amazon from an article on here linked to a landing page on Blogger. All no cost stuff. All free. So you see, you can make money from affiliate marketing with no outlay whatsoever. So check out some articles and get wised up on the industry and you will soon be like the big boys making a fortune in your PJs before breakfast each morning.

FTC Legal Forms - FTC Liability Traps Internet Marketers Must Avoid With Affiliate Marketers

Expert Author Chip Cooper
Internet marketers often ask: Am I liable if any of my affiliates engage in deceptive marketing practices? The answer is, it depends. This article will provide a checklist of practical points that will help Internet marketers determine what is required for their specific affiliate marketing program and FTC legal forms.
We only have to look to recent FTC cases to learn that affiliate marketers have been nailed for engaging in deceptive marketing practices involving false and unsubstantiated claims, false news reports, untrue claims of test results, and testimonials that were completely fabricated. And in one recent case, an Internet marketer with ineffective FTC legal forms has held liable for failing to monitor affiliates' marketing practices.
Internet marketers should understand that the legal violations of affiliates may result in liability for the Internet marketer, particularly where an Internet marketer fails to monitor and terminate affiliates who engage in deceptive marketing practices. For this reason, it's absolutely critical that Internet marketers who use affiliates understand how to avoid this liability.
Basic Truth In Advertising Principles
To begin to understand how an Internet marketer may be held liable for affiliates' deceptive marketing practices, it's important to understand four basic truth in advertising principles that apply generally to all marketers, including both Internet marketers and affiliates.
* Claims by marketer regarding a product or service that would materially influence a consumer's decision must be truthful, not misleading, and reasonably substantiated prior to publication. Being truthful is a no-brainer. However, if the claim is technically true, but it omits a material factor that a consumer would consider, then it would also be deceptive. And claims about objective, specific results must be substantiated by tests prior to publication or else they're also deceptive.
* Ditto for claims made endorsers and testimonialists about someone else's product or service. The same rules summarized above also apply to endorsers and testimonialists who make claims or statements about the products of others.
* If a marketer doesn't have proof that an endorser's "success story" experience represents what consumers will achieve by using the product, the advertising copy must clearly and conspicuously disclose the generally expected results in the depicted circumstances. Prior to December, 2009, it was OK to use an endorser's "success story" endorsement, even if the endorser's level of success was significantly greater than typical, provided that a "results not typical" disclaimer accompanied the endorsement. Beginning in December, 2009, the "results not typical" disclaimer will no longer be effective. Now, a statement regarding the generally expected results is required.
* If there's a "material relationship" (family or employment relationship or payment or benefits) between the marketer and an endorser or testimonialist that would affect how people evaluate the endorsement or testimonial, it should be disclosed "clearly and conspicuously".
The Problem With Affiliate Marketers
Affiliate marketers are engaged in performance marketing, meaning that they are compensated on a "performance" basis involving a completed action. In most situations, affiliates are compensated based on conversions originated through traffic driven to the advertiser's website.
The problem with affiliates in terms of marketing practices is that their performance-based compensation creates an inverse relationship between maximizing conversions on the one hand, and on the other hand, providing marketing messages that comply with the truth in advertising rules discussed above.
What is Required If You Market Through Affiliate Networks
The FTC requires that Internet marketers have reasonable programs in place to train and monitor their affiliates.
The key question is what is "reasonable" according to the FTC? The FTC says that what is reasonable varies with the circumstances. According to the FTC, if the product or service at issue could cause consumer harm - either physical injury or financial loss - then a relatively high level of supervision would be required. For example, health products may require more supervision than the promotion of ladies hand bags.
Core elements of an affiliate monitoring program should always include:
* Consistent with a marketer's responsibility for substantiating objective product claims, Internet marketers should explain to affiliates the marketing message regarding the product or service, including what can be said and what can't be said about the product or service. These explanations should be consistent with the basic truth in advertising principles discussed above.
* Set up and maintain a reasonable monitoring program to determine what affiliates are actually saying about the product or service.
* Follow up with questionable affiliate marketing practices, and terminate affiliates who willfully or repeatedly do not follow the rules.
A recent settlement with an Internet marketer imposed more stringent requirements.
* Clearly and conspicuously disclose in writing to each marketing affiliate that engaging in deceptive marketing practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of all monies owed to such marketing affiliate.
* Routinely monitor and review, on at least a monthly basis at times not disclosed in advance to the affiliate and in a manner reasonably calculated not to disclose the monitoring activity at the time it is conducted, affiliate marketing materials, including websites, emails, banners, sponsored search terms, and pop-up ads.
* Promptly and completely investigate any consumer complaint regarding any affiliate.
* Immediately halt the processing of any payments or charges generated by an affiliate that the Internet marketer knows or should know is engaged in a deceptive marketing practice.
* Fully refund, within five business days, each consumer charged by any defendant whose sale originated from any affiliate engaging in a deceptive marketing practice.
* Terminate immediately any affiliate that is engaged in deceptive marketing practices.
Conclusion
Internet marketers who do not monitor and manage their marketing affiliates regarding deceptive marketing practices do so at their peril. Both the FTC and state regulatory authorities are becoming increasingly more vigilant regarding online advertising and marketing, particularly regarding affiliate marketers.
At the very least, Internet marketers should implement programs consistent with the core elements discussed above. It remains to be seen whether the more stringent requirements implemented in the recent FTC settlement with an Internet marketer who was actively engaged in deceptive marketing practices himself will also apply to Internet marketers who have no past record of deceptive practices.

Expert Author Mathenge Kabui
This is a question that many people are grappling with. The simple answer is yes. But you can earn money online only if you employ the right strategies and put the necessary effort to succeed.
The harsh economic times are affecting each of us, so everyone is looking for a way to make that extra coin. The unemployment rate is high and the remaining solution is to find for opportunities that can enable people to generate extra amounts of money to supplement whatever they have at the moment. One of the best ways to achieve that is through making money online.
When it comes to making money online, one of the hardest aspects is attempting to tell the difference between genuine and sham in the internet business industry. These days, there are countless online sites out there that try to rip individuals off their hard-earned money by suggesting that they can assist them to make extra money. It is therefore important to know the right programs to assist you in making money online without getting conned. You are forewarned that many of the genuine ways of making money on the internet are effective but require considerable amounts of work as well as dedication. In case you are ready to put an effort, you'll be ready to work hard and be able to make considerable amounts of money online.
When you are looking to find out whether an offer is genuine or fake, the most important thing is to find out whether they are asking for a fee before even you get started. If you find one that wants to charge you some money upfront, chances are that they are not genuine. It is important to bear in mind that the internet business industry provides a number of varied opportunities for individuals who want to work, and most of them are available at no cost at all.
Another way to know whether an opportunity is appropriate for you is to find out where the company generates their income. In case their incomes come from new registrations, then chances are that it is a sham; but in cases where the company generates its income through the sake of services or products, the company is perhaps genuine with a proper flow of money. Therefore, it is necessary to do your homework properly before you get started with any opportunities that are available out there.

Small Businesses Benefit Most From Social Media

Many small businesses are hesitant to enter the social media marketplace and compete against large corporations that have millions of Facebook fans, Twitter followers, and dollars to throw into marketing. However, with Facebook breaching 900,000 million users and over 80% of all Americans now using a social network, there is an obvious shift toward social media in online behavior that businesses - big or small - cannot ignore. Though entering this new and changing landscape may seem daunting, it's absolutely necessary; and even though large corporations have more resources at their disposal, recent research suggests that small business owners are seeing the greatest results from social media marketing.
One benefit of using a social medium is that it helps businesses stand out in an increasingly noisy marketplace. This is especially true for small business. A 2011 study conducted by Michael Stelzner found that small business owners were more likely than all other groups (89.2% of those surveyed reporting benefits) to see increased exposure. The study also found that SMBs were twice as likely to find qualified leads through the use of social media than other types of businesses; and Forty-eight percent of small business owners saw improved sales as a direct result of their social networking efforts.
Local business experts agree that Facebook is one of the best ways for small businesses to attract customers, as social networks presents an unprecedented opportunity for SMBs to connect directly with customers, and get their brand and message in front of key audiences. Furthermore, more people online tend to follow small businesses than large corporations because they feel more connected to them. Having a presence online also gives businesses the ability to build and foster relationships, just as they would in face-to-face interactions at their workplace.
While it's obvious that this shift towards social marketing is going to continue to grow before it subsides, many small businesses have yet to unlock the marketing and branding potential of this massive trend. Statistics from online business marketplace OfficeArrow expose the noteworthy disconnect between SMBs' acknowledgment of social media's value to their brand and their action (or lack thereof) upon that value. For example, while 88 percent of SMBs say they believe social media does or will impact their business, only 63 percent have a social media footprint.
Even with this indisputable value, the majority of small businesses who have yet to test the waters of online marketing blame it on a lack of time and lack of knowledge. However, small business owners will have to overcome this learning curve if they want to compete in the digital age. Customers are online, and therefore businesses need to be as well (the online conversations surrounding a brand or product are going to continue, regardless of whether that company is online). Virtually the only cost of social media is time. While a SMB owner's time is valuable and limited, time must be made for online marketing - the benefits will far outweigh the cost.

Tweetadder, Hootsuite or Socialoomph? How To Make Best Use of Social Media Management Applications

Expert Author Alan D Taylor
There are at least four widely used social media management applications now available - Hootsuite, Socialoomph, Tweetadder and Tweetdeck. Each claim to offer everything you need. But in practice, it does not quite work out that way. You need to cherry pick which of the functions you want from each application. So set out here are the functions from each applications that can work well to manage all of your social media activity.
And why not extend your footprint and cherry-pick, with various tools? This also stops you from too much reliance on one application provider. Plus it gives you the all-important patient spread of programmed tweeting, which always needs a prudent approach to avoid the dreaded Twitter De-Activation. So let's look at how to get the best from each tool?
1. Tweetadder - let's you program Twitter direct messages but their real point of difference is a search for multiple targets to follow, based on the keywords that you select. Some great geekery into the Twitterland API gets you thousands of targets. Then you can program how and when you follow, at what daily levels.
There can be a temptation to create a huge target list unless you are really limited with your keywords. It's actually much better to do this for one keyword, in small burst of a few hundred targets at a time. Then see the relevance of whom you are following and who follows back. There is also a neat app to decide how long you wait to be followed - and unfollow if you are not followed back within a day limit that you select.
2. Tweetdeck - let's you display a number of accounts together and select the contents and fields that you want to view. Not very innovative in our opinion.
3. Hootsuite - let's you display multiple accounts like tweetdeck, but across more social media. Easy to retweet and track your direct messaging. But there are two points of difference we absolutely love about Hootsuite. First is the 'Hootlet' that you paste into your browser bar. This allows you to capture a web page that you want to tweet out to your followers, onto your Facebook pages, etc. It is very simple to add the page title, heading, reduced url and often a thumbnail visual too - all with one click on your hootlet button. Then you can select the accounts in your Hootsuite lists that you do or don't want to send details of the page to.
It even let's you add some of your own text. And it has a box for you to add a secondary url that you want to highlight to the viewer. It's great for multiple tweeting of news or new insights. But beware of two things that can get you banned from Twitter - one is using that secondary url to a direct affiliate link or cloak. Better to use your own web page urls and then re-direct. The second thing to beware of is re-editing a hootlet to highlight a high profile @username. And if you put this in a re-edit at the beginning, Twitter's virtual police monitors will ban all your accounts in that hootlet. In a heartbeat, without appeal.
So better to use hootlets to spread a broad level of new content to your audience. And give due credit to the sources of the pages. Second, Hootsuite lets you run programmed distribution of tweets. It's not easy to manage using excel columns and differing the dates, but it can let you run important messages when you choose.
4. Socialoomph - It does not give you very good search, or much of an account-viewing interface, but it has a wide range of innovative functions, including multiple blogging. And it let's you run large lists of tweets and Facebook message programmes, for far longer than Hootsuite.
The text files are easier to set up too. And they will compress long urls for you in their software. Beware of using the same url (even if it is shortened), in programmed tweets for more than one account however. Twitter will block that tweet across all your programmes and, again, you put that account at risk to de-activation. We prefer the Socialoomph function to shorten urls, because you can select your own new codename to use across your entire web footprint and therefore stay close to your brand or subject.
But, once again, use it for your own web pages and not to just cloak those volatile affiliate links. You can also set up email monitors so you know when your accounts are favourited, re-tweeted etc.
So it's worth investing in more than one service, under their monthly subscription rates. Be prepared to need a few more hours per week to stay on top of your programmes, but it will be worth to accelerate your whole social interaction strategy to an entirely different level of impact and coverage.

Honest Commission Breakthrough Review

Commission Breakthrough is basically a new marketing tool that taps into the main source of traffic that most online marketers do not use. It is completely 100% free traffic and can greatly increase traffic to a particular site.
The Sections in Commission Breakthrough
After purchasing the product, you will get access to the members area which will consist of the following parts as given below:
1) Set up Custom Website
2) Niche Selection Secrets
3) Pick Your Income Source
4) Fill Out Your Feeder Site
5) Plug In Your Traffic
Let us examine these parts one by one.
Part 1: Set up Custom Website
This is a simple method, there are two options which you can avail:
Option 1) Let the product team make the website for you
Option 2) Make the website yourself
I would advise to select the option 2 because making the website is very easy and there are clear cut video tutorials provided in the members area which will guide on each basic step. There is also a support team which will guide you in case you get any problems/doubts. In case, you feel it hard, then obviously you can go for the option 1.
Part 2: Niche Selection Secrets
The basic success step for any website begins with the proper selection of keywords. So in part 2, you will get access to the software "Niche Finder Download" which is designed to find you profitable keywords for any niche. The size of this software is 28.24 MB for Windows Users (i.e. if you use windows operating system). There is also a video tutorial on the software usage. Operating this software is very easy and it must not take over 15-20 minutes for an average user to get acquainted with it.
Part 3: Pick Your Income Source
This is almost a theoretical part and consists of two sub sections namely:
a) Signing up at ClickBank.com
b) Finding Good Products to promote.
You will learn the step to get affiliated with clickbank and then selecting the profitable products. Now there are both text and video tutorials for this part. I found this part BORING as i already came across this information several times. But if you are totally new to online marketing, then do pay attention to it.
Part 4: Fill Out Your Feeder Site
So, by now you must have got your niche (part 2) and also a product to promote (part 3). So now all you have to do is to put content into your website. There is again a detailed video tutorial in members area of Commission Breakthrough explaining this part.
Part 5: Plug In Your Traffic
This is the most crucial part. At this stage, you will be taught how to get traffic (visitors) to your website without any SEO or PPC. You will learn about the traffic source which will bring visitors to your site. You will also be provided with some related FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) to clear the doubts. For any support regarding the product, there is a dedicated team to help out.
Commission Breakthrough - Final Review
The main core of Commission Breakthrough is its "Secret Traffic Source". The striking part is that you do not need to have any SEO or PPC skills because you can promote any product now because of the traffic source. So now, you can generate traffic/visitors and sales utilizing the "Plug In Your Traffic" module of Commission Breakthrough. Overall, it is a must have product for anyone who seeks to get good income with affiliate marketing without using any traditional SEO or PPC.

Affiliate Marketing 101 - Learn the Basics in Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is perhaps the easiest to get started in internet marketing due to the simplicity of understanding the process and getting set up with your sites. We will look at the basics of affiliate marketing and the knowledge to get started. Once you get started, the knowledge you obtain will allow you to leverage your skills to other areas of online marketing and e-commerce, in hopes of earning a substantial income.
First, we should start by defining what affiliate marketing is. Affiliate marketing is where you are paid by a vendor or other company to get someone to either buy something from the vendor site, click through to a website, make a call to a phone number, or any other type of action. There are numerous companies from large to small that are set up with thousands of vendors that will pay you to refer them business.
Here is how the process works. Let's say you have a blog where you talk about your passion - let's say snowboarding. On your blog content after you discuss your topic, you could have a link to a snowboard company where the reader could then purchase from a number of snowboarding products. If that person buys, since they clicked through from your blog site, you would be compensated for referring that person.
Now even if the person does not purchase right away, a lot of affiliate company sites are set up so that the internet browser will remember the cookies - meaning that even if the reader returns to the snowboarding site usually within 30-90 days, you will still get credit for the sale. Pretty neat, huh?
Since people are already shopping for thousands and millions of products online daily, it is your job as an affiliate marketer to get them to the site through your methods. So how do you do this? Are you looking for home based job or you have ever come across of Affiliate Marketer or Affiliate Marketing but you are not sure what it is all about and how its work. Oh well, let me explain to you that how to become a Affiliate Marketer or/and even to become a Successful Affiliate Marketer.
So let's get start it, you can create your own website to promote your own products or you can have no website at all, no experience at all too but I can tell you that Affiliate Marketing is the fastest growing ways to make real money online.
Focus on your market
Every business that you intend to create, does serves a target markets and to forms your market, you need the foundation of your potential customer base. Therefore it is crucial that you have to identify your market correctly before you go into business. Think about WHAT you are looking for, exactly?
Your decision is to choose a market that satisfies the following criteria:
• Customers are hungry for a solution to solve their problems
• Customers are willing to spend disposable income on solutions
• Easy to reach when customers need solution immediately
When a good market that consists of many people with a common need who have enough spending power for you to profit from serving them, which means, if you do not target a strong market from the beginning, you could do everything else right in your business but still fail.
Ask yourself some questions, "WHAT niche do I want to go into?" Do you want to target golfers, IT software, financial, health and wellness"? Nowadays, the terms "market" and "niche" are nearly interchangeable in most people mind. However, there is an important thing that you MUST note and remember it, which is, every market represents a niche but not every niche represents a profitable market. In other words, it is not enough to say that you want to target "golfers" or "fitness fanatics" or "the computer software market".
Lastly, do not create market that is called "Cold" market as they DON'T exist at all. If you have created that, you are playing a risk that running into a nonexistent market if you launch your solution before doing your research.
For example, you are a guitarist and knew some tricks that can raise your credit score and, one day you want to write your own e-book on credit repair for guitarist, you may think that you have come up with a good product idea and guitar lovers will purchase your e-book. But it's may not be the perfect idea because most guitarists may on fixed budgets and this impact their ability to obtain credit. There has also possibility that some guitarists would enjoy learning about finances of someone who shares the creative mindset presents the information. In fact, the reason of this type of problem tells you that if you do not know for sure if the market actually exists.
To have a proper targeting, you must target the market first, determine its needs, and then either create or locate a product to address those needs. Product targeting is really secondary to market targeting. Pay attention to your market above all, and the rest will follow. There is nothing wrong with brainstorming ideas, but market selection should be governed by real research and hard data.
So if you have created a good site and have out in effort into your affiliate products, you will still need to focus on the right market to drive the right traffic and you will become successful. Improve Your Google Rankings By Andre L Edwards

If you are like most internet marketers your goal is to land on the #1 page of Google without having to pay top dollar. Today, I'll show you a few key strategies you can learn right now in order for Google to notice you.
#1 Keyword Research- Npros MLM Rankings, Google Keyword Tool
When it comes to Google Rankings, it's important to find a keyword that is worth ranking for. One that has high traffic and low competition. Google has a great tool called Google keyword tool. It's FREE and easy to use. All you do is type in the word that you are targeting, and bam! It will show you how many people are actually searching for that term each month. You can use Npros and MLM rankings to see what niche is trending.
If you are a beginner, it's BEST not to compete for keywords that are too competitive. You should target traffic that has 800-1500 searches per month with low competition. Just until you get better at SEO stuff. (You're guaranteed to rank A LOT faster this way).
When you do find a good high-traffic, low-competition keyword the first thing you want to do is optimize it.
#2 Google Rankings- Optimization
If you don't know what optimizing means don't worry I'll explain...When it comes to optimization and Google Rankings they both go hand-in-hand. You can optimize keywords using anything from videos, to WordPress blog posts, and articles. The BEST route to go is owning your own stuff such as a WordPress blog or some kind of blogging platform. A great cheap one I've found that's already setup is the Empower Network. They've done all the SEO work, and all you have to do is blog and rank.
#3 Google Rankings- Permalinks
Permalinks are what you see at the top of your browser. And when it comes to optimization, it's best to make sure your keyword is in that permalink.
For example, suchandsuch.com/Improve-Google-Rankings. Furthermore, make sure the keyword is in the title as well. Like if you're writing about network marketing, you want your title to look similar to this "Make money with network marketing." Or something along those lines. Just make sure your keyword is in the title.
Heads up. On all WordPress sites there is a location where you can add 'post tags.' Make sure you include your keyword in that tag. Warning: Do not use irrelevant tags. Stay relevant to your article, and whatever keyword you're ranking for. All the time I see people trying to rank for one keyword, but in their post tags they're using all the wrong words. If you want to improve your Google rankings just stay relevant and targeted to your keyword.
#4 Google Rankings - In your description
Make sure you use the keyword in the description of your article. This way when someone finds your article, and reads the description it will be an exact match to what they're searching for.
#5 Google Rankings - First and last paragraph
It's important to have your keyword in your first and last paragraph, but DO NOT OVERDO it. You have to be in a sweet spot. If you use your keyword too much then the search engines will think you're spamming, and you can kiss your Google rankings goodbye.Google Rankings
#6 Google Rankings - Emphasis
Make sure you emphasize your keyword by using bold text, underline, or italicize. The first time you use the keyword put it in bold. The next time underline it. The next time italicize it. Wherever you feel like you need to make a point.
#7 Google Rankings - H1, H2, H3
What the heck right? These are header tags. Make sure you use your keyword in each of the three header tags. Most blog sites will have an area called "paragraph." In that area it will show you these particular tags. It's best to have three tags with your keyword.
#7 Google Rankings - Keyword Scatter
Don't be afraid to sprinkle your keyword throughout your post. You want it to show in at least 1- 5% of your article. For example, if you have a 500 word article, then scatter your keyword in five percent of that article.
The key is to have a 1-5 percent density in your posts. I usually shoot for somewhere in between. A great free tool to measure the density of your keyword is called SEO quake. It's like having an expert right over your shoulder. It only works with Mozilla Firefox.
#8 Google Rankings-Images
Add images to your blog posts. Make sure it looks eye-appealing. No one wants to read a long boring post without any pictures. When you do add pictures, be sure to add an alternate tag in the image. Most WordPress blogs let you do this.
That alternate tag should be your keyword. You should also add a link in your image taking your prospects to a capture page if you have one. If you don't have one don't worry.
You can create one like I did which takes a very long time. Or you can become familiar with coding. That's okay too. There's a TON of information to help you get over that learning curve.
You can search for days on stuff for how to improve your Google Rankings. But there's a little more than meets the eye.
If you want to increase your Google Rankings, then you MUST learn these strategies that can GUARANTEE you a #1 spot.
